脉冲激光法制备原位修饰纳米2-硝基酚/YBCO杂化材料研究

摘  要:采用聚焦脉冲激光轰击处于2-硝基酚蒸气氛围中的YBCO固体靶,连续制备原位修饰纳米2-硝基酚/YB-CO乙醇溶胶,进而离心烘干获得修饰性纳米2-硝基酚/YBCO杂化材料。TEM和FRTEM显示2-硝基酚修饰YB-CO基本呈现出比较规整的形貌,结晶度较低,只有部分晶格排列比较整齐;能谱扫描结果显示修饰前后样品的Y、Ba、Cu的相对含量未发生明显偏差,但是2-硝基酚修饰YBCO样品中检测到氮元素,占选区样品重量的2.72%。The nano 2-Nitrophenol/YBCO ethanol sol was successively prepared by pulsed laser ablation at the interface of YBCO target in the 2-Nitrophenol steam atmosphere.Then the modified nano 2-Nitrophenol/YBCO hybried materials were obtained after centrifugal drying.TEM and FRTEM results showed that 2-Nitrophenol modified YBCO showing more structured morphology and its crystallization degree was low,only some crystal lattice had more orderly arrangement;EDS analysis indicated that there was no evidence showing the deviation of Y,Ba,Cu in the samples,but Nitrogen was detected in the sample of 2-Nitrophenol modified YBCO,accounting for 2.72% weight of the sample selection.
