摘　　要：铁路货车车辆为了安全运行,在每节车辆上安装了空气制动装置,该装置通过调节压缩空气的充排速度来控制车辆的制动状态。介绍了一种采用无线局域网技术,通过掌上电脑控制移动小车来进行铁路货车制动系统功能全部试验的单车试验器。该设备的运用大大提高了操作人员的工作效率,降低了劳动者的工作强度和设备的故障率,能有效地对货车制动性能进行全面检测,是铁路站修、段修、厂修的理想制动系统试验装置。For safe operation,air braking device usually is installed in each section vehicle of freight train.This device can control exhaust braking condition of vehicle by adjusting filling speed of compressed air.This paper introduces a kind of the brake of Freight Train test apparatus,which uses the technology of Wireless Local Area Network（WLAN）,through the Personal Digital Assistant（PDA）,to control the vehicle＇s brake performance experiment completely.This equipment＇s utilization raises the operators working efficiency greatly,and reduces the laborer＇s working intensity and the facility＇s failure rate effectively.It can be used to measure the freight braking performance in an all-round way,which is the ideal apparatus of brake test for repair in railway.
