重钙硅灰双掺对灌浆料性能的影响

摘　　要：单掺重钙能增大灌浆料的流动度,但有效承载面很小;单掺硅灰使有效承载面变大,但会导致灌浆料流动度变差。本文通过双掺重钙硅灰,调整配合比,发挥两者作用,得到了流动度>320mm,有效承载面>95%的灌浆料。The limestone powder can increase the fluidity of grouting material,but which will cause the effective beating area very small;The silica powder can increase the effective beating area of grouting material,but it＇s fluidity will be reduced.In this paper,through mixing with limestone and silica powder into grouting material, readjusting mixed ratio, giving full scope to both powder, a grouting material can be made,the fluidity〉320mm and the effective bearing area〉95% .
