欣胃颗粒治疗胃癌前病变32例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察欣胃颗粒治疗胃癌前病变(GPL)的临床疗效。方法:将62例由胃镜和病理学诊断为GPL的患者随机分为两组。治疗组28例用欣胃颗粒治疗,对照组28例用胃复春片治疗,治疗期间停服其他药物,疗程均为12周。结果:症状总有效率治疗组96.88%,对照组80.00%(P<0.05);治疗组在黏膜萎缩、肠化及不典型增生改善程度上均明显高于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组及对照组治疗后血清EGF表达均有显著降低,而治疗组较对照组降低更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:欣胃颗粒可明显改善临床症状,并可以通过适当降低血清EGF的表达水平使胃黏膜病理状态有所逆转。Objective：Observe the clinical efficacy of XinWei Powder to gastric precancerous leisions（GPL）.Method：Divided the 62 cases of patients which are diagnosed as GPL according to gastroscopy and pathology using randomized controlled method into treatment group and control group.The treatment group taked Xinwei Powder while control group taked Weifuchun Pill12 weeks as one course.The patients must stop taking other medcines during the treatment.Result：The treatment group＇s total effective of symptom relief is 96.88% while the control group＇s total effective of symptom relief is 80.00%（P0.05）;In terms of mucosal atrophy,intestinal metaplasia and atypical hyperplasia,treatment group＇s ameliorate extent is significantly better than control group according to gastroscopy and pathology（P0.05）;Serum EGF expression reduced significantly both in the treatment and control groups after treatment while it is more obvious in treatmentgroup.There was highly significant divercity between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Xinwei Powder could ameliorate GPL patients＇ clinical symptoms markedly and make the gastric mucosal pathology reverse to some extent according to reducing serum EGF expression level appropratly.
