加味四妙抵当汤治疗慢性前列腺炎40例观察

摘　　要：目的:观察加味四妙抵当汤治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:将2008年7月～2010年7月的80例门诊患者按就诊先后顺序随机分为中药治疗组和西药对照组各40例,治疗组采用加味四妙抵当汤,对照组采用左氧氟沙星和盐酸特拉唑嗪治疗,两组疗程均为4周,观察临床疗效、NIH-CPSI积分及前列腺液白细胞计数变化。结果:治疗组与对照组比较有效率无显著性差异(P>0.05),但愈显率比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01),两组治疗后NIH-CPSI疼痛、生活质量和总积分、前列腺液白细胞计数变化有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:加味四妙抵当汤治疗慢性前列腺炎有较好效果。Objective：To observe the Clinical efficacy of JiaWei Simiao DiDang Tang in the treatment of chronic prostatitis.Methods：80 cases from July 2008 to July 2010 were randomized into two groups in accordance with the treatment order：the treatment group in which 40 cases were treated with JiaWei Simiao DiDang Tang,and the control group in which 40 cases were treated with levofloxacin and Terazosin Hydrochloride,with a course of four weeks.The clinical efficacy,NIH-CPSI scores and WBC in prostatic fluid were observed.Results：The treantment group compared with the control group,the effective rate was no significant difference（P0.05）,but markedly effective rate,pain,quality of life,total scores of NIH-CPSI after treatment,and changes of WBC in prostatic fluid were significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：JiaWei Simiao DiDang Tang is an effective prescription in the treatment of chronic prostatitis.
