杞菊地黄丸联合倪福达治疗原发性高血压30例观察

摘　　要：目的:观察杞菊地黄丸联合倪福达治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法:治疗组30例用杞菊地黄丸联合倪福达治疗,对照组30例用卡托普利治疗,两组均治疗28天。结果:治疗后两组收缩压、舒张压、症状及心率下降程度比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:杞菊地黄丸联合倪福达治疗原发性高血压有明显降压效果,优于卡托普利。Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on essential hypertention treated by Qiju Dihuang Pills combined with Nifedipine Sustained Release Tablets.Method：30 cases were treated with Qiju Dihuang Pills combined with Nifedipine Sustained Release Tablets as the study group while 30 cases were treated with Captopril as the control group.Both groups were treated for 28 days.Result：There were significant differences between the two groups in systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,symptoms and decreasing degree of heart rate（P0.01）.The therapeutic effect of the study group was superior to that of the control group.Conclusion：Qiju Dihuang Pills combined with Nifedipine Sustained Release Tablets have significant antihypertensive effect on essential hypertention,superior to Captopril.
