视神经炎患者人格特征与中医证型关系研究

摘　　要：目的探讨视神经炎患者的人格特征、中医证型特点,为视神经炎的临床防治提供参考。方法采用症状评分表和艾森克人格问卷,对89例视神经炎患者进行调查,检测其中医证型和人格特征,健康对照组30例。结果视神经炎肝经火盛、肝郁气滞2型累计百分比达65.2%;视神经炎各证型得分存在差异,肝经火盛型、肝郁气滞2型症状得分较阴虚火旺、气血两虚型高,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);视神经炎患者EPQ人格特征P、E、N、L得分均较健康对照组高,其中N、L值升高有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论视神经炎以肝经火盛、肝郁气滞2型为主;患者人格特征表现为容易激惹、紧张、焦虑、急躁易怒,心理负担较重是视神经炎发病的危险因素。Objective To explore the personality characteristics and TCM syndromes of optic neuritis（ON） patients to provide reference for prevention and treatment of ON.Methods 89 ON patients were selected to make an investigation and 30 healthy people as control.The data of personality characteristics and TCM syndromes were collected according to the score chart of symptoms and Eysenck personality Questionnaire（EPQ）.Results The cumulate percentage of syndromes of excessive fire in Gan channel and liver depression and Qi stagnation was 65.2%.The symptom scores of syndromes of excessive fire in Gan channel and liver depression and Qi stagnation were higher than that of syndromes of Yin deficiency and fire excess and deficiency of both Qi and blood,and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.The scores of P,E,N,L in EPQ of ON patients were higher than that of healthy people respectively,and the difference of N,L score was highly significant respectively（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The most common types of ON are syndromes of excessive fire in Gan channel and liver depression and Qi stagnation,and the clinical symptoms of these two types are relatively obvious.The personality characteristics of ON patients are irritability,nervousness,anxiety,irascibility and heavy psychological burden,and these are the risk factors of onset of ON.
