摘 要:探讨两种强度健身跑运动对中年男性血脂异常患者血脂代谢的影响.方法:将45名中年男性血脂异常患者随机分成乳酸阈强度组(L4组)、阈下强度组(L2组)和对照组(C组)三组.L2组和L4组分别以2mmol/L和4mmol/L乳酸对应强度,进行为期16周健身跑运动,C组不参加任何运动.结果:16周运动干预后,L2组和L4组血脂指标均有改善,而且16周运动后L4组TG、TC/HDL-c、LDL-c/HDL-c和血脂综合指数(LCI=TC.TG.LDL-c/HDL-c)的降低量明显高于L2组(p<0.05).同时体脂百分比、体重及体重指数亦明显降低(p<0.01).16周前后,C组血脂、身体成分各指标亦无显著性差异(P>0.05).运动干预后,体脂百分比的降低与TG、HDL-c与LDL-c/HDL-c密切相关(p<0.05).结论:16周健身跑运动对中年血脂异常患者的血脂、身体成分有良好的改善作用,且以4mmol/L乳酸对应强度运动效果最为明显;但对于血脂与体脂百分比改变的相关性有待于进一步的研究.To evaluate the effects of fitness running with two different intensities on blood lipids metabolism on abnormal lipids male subjects in middle aged people.Methods: Forty five middle aged males with abnormal blood lipids took part in the study.Subjects were randomly assigned to low intensity group(L2 group),moderate intensity group(L4 group) and control group.Subjects in L2 group and L4 group took part in fitness running with equivalent intensity of 2mmol/L and 4mmol/L lactate,whereas,Subjects in Control group don't participate any exercise.Results: After the intervention,significant changes were observed in blood lipids and body composition in the training groups.No significant changes were observed in control group.The changes of TG、TC 、TC/HDL-c、LDL-c/ HDL-c and lipid comprehensive index(LCI) in L4 group were significant higher than those of L2 group.There is significant relationship between the change of body fat percentage and TC and TG.Conclusions: The results indicated that fitness running with and below the lactate thresthold intensity had a favorable effect on blood lipids metabolism,especially with the lactate thresthold intensity.
