摘　　要：目的了解宁波市各级医院消毒供应室工作人员知识状况,以便改进和提高消毒供应室管理水平。方法采用问卷调查方式,对宁波市不同级别医院消毒供应室工作人员进行了调查。结果三级综合性医院与二级及其他医院护士的专科知识掌握方面、科室的管理工作方面在统计学上有显著差异,所有供应室护士都希望定期有专业培训。结论上级卫生行政部门要加强对三级专科、二级及以下医院供应室工作质量的监督指导。Objective To understand the level of professional knowledge of the staff in central sterile supply department of various hospitals in Ningbo in order to improve the management level. Methods The questionnaire survey was used to investigate the staff in department of various hospitals in Ningbo. Results There were significant differences in the levels of both professional knowledge and management in disinfection and provision department between class 2 and class 3 comprehensive hospitals,and nurses in all the hospitals wanted a periodical training in professional knowledge. Conclusion Superior administration department should pay more attention to the supervision for all the hospitals of various classes.
