摘　　要：针对SRAM型FPGA在航天空间环境下容易受单粒子辐射效应影响的特点,介绍了反熔丝FPGA在航天多路数据采集领域的优势,并简述了Actel反熔丝FPGA A32200系列的特点。由于反熔丝FPGA内部的时序电路设计和全局时钟控制与其他FPGA相比有所差异,在设计不当时会出现时钟的不稳定状态,特别是在特定的环境下可能会出现时钟偏斜现象,导致电路时序处于临界或紊乱状态。通过在FPGA程序中利用状态机和全局时钟引脚分配这种方法达到控制全局时钟的目的、并对扇出做出相应的设计,避免了在特定环境下的时钟偏移问题。最后通过抗辐射试验验证了程序及设计的可靠性,表明该设计满足抗辐射要求。The capability of SARM type FPGA is easy to be influenced by radiation in the space.In this paper,the advantages of using anti-fuse FPGA in aerospace-used multi-channel data acquisition and storage system are described,and the characteristics of the Actel anti-fuse A32200DX FPGA are presented.Since the logic circuit and the GCLK of the anti-fuse FPGA are different from that of other FPGAs,the clock may be not so stable in defective design,or even be deflexed under special circumstances,which may lead to disordered sequential logic circuit.The program can control the GCLK by using state machine and GCLK assignment,and corresponding design was made for fanout,which can avoid the clock deflexion.Anti-radiation test was made to verify the reliability of the design,which showed that it can fulfill the requirement for anti-radiation.
