摘　　要：文中从构建一体化的联合网络电磁空间作战能力的角度出发,以网络电磁空间防御为背景,采用美军联合能力集成开发系统(JCIDS)作战能力需求分析方法,对网络电磁空间防御作战能力需求进行了探索性分析与研究,以期对网络电磁空间作战的相关研究有所启发和帮助。Aiming at developing integrated joint capabilities of cyberspace operation, this paper describes an exploratory analysis and study of the capability requirement of cyberspace defense operation carried out using the Joint Capabilities Integration Development System （JCIDS）. Hopefully this paper will provide some help to and shed light on relevant research on cyberspace operations.
