摘　　要：IETM是一种智能化的信息系统,是未来我军装备保障信息化中的一项重要技术。随着我军IETM制作标准——GJB 6600的颁布,研究一个与之配套的IETM通用创作平台将对标准的贯彻实施和我军IETM技术的推广产生重大影响。文中首先介绍了IETM的国内外发展状况,分析了依据GJB 6600开发IETM的一般流程,并对基于GJB 6600的IETM通用创作平台进行了设计。An Interactive Electronic Technical Manual （IETM） is an intelligentized information system, and one of the technologies critical to the informationization of the equipment support of PLA in the future. After GJB 6600, the PLA＇s standard for the creation of IETMs, was issued, it will greatly promote the implementation of GJB 6600 and the popularization of IETM that an IETM general authoring platform which goes with the standard is developed. In this paper, the state of the art of IETMs at home and abroad is first described, and then the general flow of IETM creation based on GJB 6600 is analyzed. Finally, the design of an IETM general authoring platform based on GJB 6600 is presented.
