摘　　要：针对电子信息系统中实时信息交换以及传输的要求,提出了一种基于往返延时(RTT)拥塞调度的自适应实时信息传输技术,通过拥塞控制、自适应滑动窗口机制、确认技术以及自适应超时重传方法,实现了可靠、高效、安全的数据传输服务。Aiming at the requirement for the exchange and transmission of real-time message in electronic information systems, an adaptive real-time message transfer technique based on the round-trip time（RTT） congestion control is proposed in this paper. By leveraging the congestion control, the adaptive slide window mechanism, the acknowledgement techniques and the adaptive retransmission, this technique achieves data transfer service of high reliability, efficiency and security.
