摘　　要：防空警报的D类放大器,既能提供高效率大功率又能实现高保真的音频性能。详细阐述了各种功率放大器的原理和特点,并对比分析各自的优缺点,在此基础上提出了所研究的基于CMOS结构的D类音频功率放大器,并详细介绍了其工作原理;并设计出了一千瓦的高效率D类音频功率放大器。A Class D audio power amplifier for the alarm system of air defense,offering both high efficiency and high audio performance.After studying a large number of Chinese and foreign literature,the paper elaborates on the principles and characteristics of various power amplifiers and comparatively analyzes their strengths and weaknesses.On this basis Class D audio power amplifier based on the structure of CMOS is advanced in this paper.And its principles are elaborated.At last the 1kW class D amplifier of high power and higher efficiency has been designed.
