摘  要:建立稻田土壤中毒死蜱的气相色谱测定方法。稻田土壤中的毒死蜱经乙腈震荡提取后,用电子俘获检测气相色谱法测定,以保留时间定性,外标法定量。方法的线性范围为0.0001~2mg/L,r=0.9999,回收率为82.25~89.1%,RSD为0.63~6.38%。结果表明该方法灵敏,准确,并能很好地排除干扰,可满足稻田土壤中痕量毒死蜱的测定。A GC method for the determination of chlorpyrifos residue in rice soil was developed.The samples were extracted with acetonitrile.The chlorpyrifos was confirmed by retention time and determined by external standard method.The results showed that the linear range of the method was 0.0001~2 mg/L,the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9,the rates of recovery were 82.25~89.1%,the RSD were 0.63~6.38%.This method is sensitive,accurate and suitable for the determination of trace chlorpyrifos in rice soil.
