摘　　要：本文介绍了种衣剂加工及实验理论依据,并采用优化组合法对湿润分散剂的复配体系及其它助剂进行了筛选,对毒死蜱.多菌灵.咪鲜胺20%悬浮种衣剂的配方进行了研究,简述了该剂型的特点、配方选择和贮存稳定性,并确定了较佳配方组成、配制方法及其质量控制指标。试验结果表明,该产品悬浮率90%以上,热贮(54℃±2℃,14d)分解率合格,产品各项指标符合悬浮剂种衣剂的要求。The theoretical foundation for the preparation of flowable concentrate for seed treatment was introduced in this paper. The experiments were carried out to select surfactants and other auxiliary for founding component system of chlorpyrifos＂ carbendazim＂ prochloraz 20% FS by optimization grouping method. The composition, manufacture method and specification for quality control were described. The test results indicated that the suspension stability of this product was greater than 90%, the decomposition rate of the active ingredients were all less than 5% at （54±2）℃ for 14d, the physical and chemical properties were meet with the requirements of the formulation.
