瓜蒌药材包装与贮藏的初步研究

摘　　要：目的:研究瓜蒌药材的最佳包装条件与贮藏方法。方法:分别采用不同的包装材料、包装方法和贮藏时间对不同方法加工的瓜蒌药材进行了贮藏研究,考察贮藏期间瓜蒌样品外观性状、浸出物含量和糖分含量的变化。结果:在贮藏中,烘干瓜蒌贮藏期间容易保持质量,而阴干瓜蒌若采用的包装材料不当或贮藏时间较长容易变质;贮藏对完整未破损瓜蒌的外观性状、浸出物含量和糖分含量影响不大,而对破损虫蛀瓜蒌的影响显著。结论:烘干瓜蒌可采用用密封法贮藏,而阴干瓜蒌只能采用竹筐或纸袋包装贮藏。Objective:To explore the best method for packaging and storage of Fructus Trichosanthis(TF).Methods: TF processed with different methods were studied with different packaging materials,packaging methods and storage time.During the storage periods,the appearance,extracts and sugar contents of TF were determined.Results:Baked TF was easy to keep quality.During storage,TF dried in the shade went to bad easily by using inappropriate packaging materials or storing longer time.There were significantly differences between not-damaged TF and worm-eaten TF in the appearance,the content of the extract and sugar.Conclusion:Baked TF can be stored with sealing method,TF dried in the shade can only be stored in bamboo basket or paper bag.
