孟鲁司特治疗毛细支气管炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨孟鲁司特治疗毛细支气管炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:99例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为两组,对照组49例给予对症支持治疗;治疗组50例在此基础上加用孟鲁司特4 mg,每晚一次口服,直至出院。结果:治疗组和对照组咳嗽消失时间分别为(6.25±2.36)d(、7.82±2.77)d,气喘消失时间分别为(4.52±2.13)d(、6.18±1.98)d,住院期间氧疗时间分别为(18.74±2.91)h(、20.91±3.62)h,平均住院时间分别为(7.20±2.57)d(、8.75±2.83)d,平均住院费用分别为(1 120.55±197.40)元(、1243.26±230.65)元,两组各项指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:孟鲁司特治疗毛细支气管炎安全、有效,值得临床推广。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of bronchiolitis by montelukast.Methods： Ninety-nine children with bronchiolitis were divided into two groups randomly.Forty-nine children in control group were preformed with combined therapy.On this basis,fifty cases in treatment group were preformed with montelukast 4 mg once per night,until discharged.Results： In treatment group and control group,the time that cough disappeared were（6.25±2.36）d,（7.82±2.77）d respectively,the time to loss of asthma were（4.52±2.13） d,（6.18±1.98） d respectively,the time for oxygen were（18.74±2.91） h,（20.91±3.62） h respectively,the lengths of hospitalization were（7.20±2.57） d,（8.75±2.83）d respectively,the average hospitalization fees were（1 120.55±197.40） RMB,（1 243.26±230.65） RMB respectively.There were significant differences（P0.01）.Conclusions： The clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of bronchiolitis by montelukast is exact.This approach is worth promoting.
