摘　　要：目的:对我院药房近期发生中草药调剂差错情况进行归类总结,以利于减少差错率,提高服务质量。方法:收集我院门诊药房2009年1月～2009年12月登记在案的50例中草药调剂差错,进行分类汇总和统计分析。结果:门诊药房的中草药调剂差错中,审核错误占64%,调配错误占36%。结论:门诊药房中草药调剂需要特别预防审核和调配发生错误。Objective： To reduce prescription errors and improve service quality by classifying and summarizing recent prescription errors of Traditional Chinese Medicine in our outpatient pharmacy.Methods： Fifty cases of prescription errors in our outpatient pharmacy during Jan.2009 to Dec.2009 were collected and the data obtained were summarized and analyzed statistically.Results： The proportions of checking prescription error and dispensing error were 64% and 36%,respectively.Conclusions： Checking prescription error and dispensing error should be prevented in outpatient pharmacy.
