摘　　要：目的总结患儿拔除中心静脉导管后观察及护理经验,有效避免中心静脉导管拔除意外综合征(CVCremoval distress syndrome)及其它并发症的发生。方法统一规范观察指标和方法。结果加强拔出中心静脉导管后的观察与护理,可有效防止并发症的发生。结论拔管后并发症不容忽视,要密切观察拔管后患儿的情况,及时采取科学恰当的护理措施,能有效预防意外综合征和并发症的发生。Objective To summarize the nursing and observation experiences after removal of central venous catheters and effectively prevent removal distress syndrome and other complications.Method Unified observing indexes and methods.Results Enhanced the nursing and observation after removal central venous catheters could effectively prevent complications.Conclusions Complications can not be ignored,closely observed the sick children,adopted scientific and proper nursing measures in time can effectively prevent removal distress syndrome and other complications.
