摘　　要：《关于林木盗窃法的辩论》是马克思第一次对经济问题发表意见,其实质是对贫民产权及其收益权的维护,是对产权正义原则的维护。对马克思产权伦理思想以及"地产析分"的研究,对农村土地改革以至于完善我国社会主义市场经济都具有重要的借鉴意义。In ＂Act of Steal Wood＂,Marx states his opinion on the economic questions for the first time.The substance of it is the protection of property rights and other rights and the maintenance of the Property Justice Principle.Analyzing the act is important to the study of the Marxist ethic thoughts on the property rights and the ＂real estate analysis＂.What＇s more,it is meaningful to the land reforms in the rural area and the completion of the socialist market economy in our country.
