江苏省兴化市农村水厂卫生状况调查分析

摘　　要：为了解兴化市农村水厂的基本卫生情况,探查水质合格率低下的原因,寻求有效干预办法,2009年6~12月,对江苏省兴化市106家农村水厂进行卫生状况调查。结果发现日供水量在2 000吨以下的水厂占调查总数的82.1%,有26.4%的水厂取水口无任何防护设施,13.2%的水厂不经任何卫生处理直接供水。开展水质检测的52家水厂中,水质检测全部合格的水厂仅为53.8%。卫生管理方面也存在如涉水产品索证不全、水管理人员体检培训不到位、水污染事故应急处置措施缺乏等诸多问题,日供水量在2 000吨以下的水厂尤其突出。建议对兴化市106家农村水厂进行重新规划,重点加强日供水水量在2 000吨以下的水厂的治理整顿。To understand the basic hygienic status,and find out the cause of poor water quality and the effective countermeasures,a prevalence study was carried out on 106 rural water plants in Xinhua city from June to December in 2009.The results showed that among 106 rural water plants,plants with the water supply below 2000t/d accounted for 82.1 percent and 26.4 percent of water plants had no protective facilitate around their water fetching points,13.2 percent of water plants supplied the water directly without any treatment.Of all the 52 detection-performed water plants,the qualified rate of water quality were 53.8 percent.Moreover,the results also indicated that some problems existed in sanitary management,for example,certificates of products related to drinking water were incomplete,physical examination and training of water administration personnel were not completely finished,and emergency measures of water pollution prevention were lacking,etc.Problems such as these were especially sevious in the plants with water supply below 2000t/d.In order to solve the problems existing in 106 rural water plants in Xinhua city,a redesign scheme should be presented and particularly focused on improving and rectifying plants with water supply below 2000t/d.
