北京市2115名离退休老干部糖尿病患病现况分析

摘　　要：目的调查2 115名驻京离退休老干部中糖尿病的患病现况。方法采用随机整群抽样的方法,进行血糖、体重等进行横断面调查。结果驻京部队离退休老干部糖尿病整体患病率为21.61%,高于2001年的水平(13.6%～25.0%),随年龄增高糖尿病患病率呈上升趋势,肥胖组患病率均高于正常组。结论驻京部队离休老干部糖尿病患病率与10年前相比较明显增加,年龄、肥胖均为糖尿病患病的危险因素。Aim To survey the prevalence of diabetes in 2115 retired senile army officers in Beijing.Methods Cross-sectional epidemiological survey of incidence of diabetes in 2115 retired senile array officers in Beijing Military Region was conducted.Results The incidence rate of diabetes in 2115 retired senile army officers was 21.6%,higher than that of 13.6%～25.0%surveyed in 2001 and the incidence rate increased along with the increase of age.The incidence rate of diabetes in fatty group was significandy higher than that of the normal group（P0.0l）.Conclusion The incidence rate of diabetes in retired senile military officers in Beijing was higher than that ten years ago,age,overweight are risk factor of diabetes.
