摘 要:目的了解广东省梅州市梅州城区蚊虫对拟除虫菊酯和有机磷等常用杀虫剂的抗性水平,为城区除四害工作提供科学依据。方法采用蚊蚴浸渍法进行抗性测定。结果梅州城区致乏库蚊野外品系对高效氯氰菊酯的抗性系数是2.4624;白纹伊蚊野生品系对敌敌畏的抗性系数为1.3050。结论梅州城区致乏库蚊对常用的拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂高效氯氰菊酯已产生耐药性,白纹伊蚊野生品系对敌敌畏依然是处于敏感水平。Aim To understand resistance level od mosquitoes to commonly-used insecticides,such as pyrethroid and organophosphate in urban area of Meizhou City in Guangdong.Methods The resistance level of mosquito larvae to insecticides were tested based on the Technical Manipulation Standard for Testing Resistance of Mosquitoes to Indecticides. Results The resistance coefficient of field-collected strains of Culex pipiens faligans to beta cypermethrin was 2.4624. The resistance coefficient of Adedes albopictus to DDVP was 1.3050.Conclusion The Culex pipiens faligans has become resistant to the commonly-used pyrethroid insecticides such as beta cypermethrin in urban area of Meizhou.The resistance coefficient of the wild strains of Adedes albopictus to DDVP is still at a sensitive level.
