摘 要:目的了解泉州市鼠疫宿主动物的种群构成及数量分布情况,为鼠疫防治工作积累基础资料。方法采用流行病学、生物分类学、血清学调查方法进行综合分析。结果捕获鼠形动物2 134只,平均鼠密度5.71%,鼠染蚤率31.52%,黄胸鼠构成比26.66%,印鼠客蚤构成比92.88%,总蚤指数1.16,印鼠客蚤指数1.13,鼠疫实验室检测用4种方法未检出阳性标本。结论监测资料表明,泉州市鼠间出现临界线的危险信息和指征,必须引起重视,加强监测,采取防制措施,防患于未燃。Aim To understand the composision and distribution of species of plague host animals in Quangzhou City and accumulate basic data for plague prevention and control.Methods Epidemiology,taxonomy and serology were adopted for analysis.Results There 2 134 rats were captured with an average rat density of 5.71%.Rattus flavipectus and Xenopsylla cheopis accounted for 26.66%and 92.88%,and the infection rate of rats with flea was 31.52%,with total flea index of 1.16,and Xenopsylla cheopis flea index 1.13.F1 antibody to the plague was not found.Conclusion The results showed that relatively high density of animal plague epidemic if no proper measures was implemented.So we should be attached importance.host animals and vectors were found,which would possibly facilitate
