摘　　要：目的研究骨髓增生异常综合征编码中出现的问题及对策。方法分析D46.0与D46.4的区别,FAB、WHO分型方案的变化,探讨儿童骨髓增生异常综合征的分类标准。结果分别用ICD-10、ICD-O(第三版)对FAB、WHO(2001版和2008版)该病各亚型进行编码。结论编码员应熟悉ICD-10中所采用的疾病分类体系并了解临床分类发展现状,以便对疾病进行准确的编码。Objective To research the problems in myelodysplastic syndrome coding and countermeasures of it.Methods An analysis on the distinguish between D46.0 and D46.4,as well as the change of FAB and WHO classification plan;an discussion on classification standard of children myelodysplastic syndrome.Results Having coding about subtypes of FAB AND WHO（2001 edition and 2008 edition） by using ICD-10 and ICD-O（the third edition）.Conclusion The coder should know well about the illness classification in ICD-10 and master the current development situation of clinical classification,in order to code correctly.
