信息化平台数据在护理文书记录中的共享

摘　　要：目的避免护士重复记录,减少护理记录书写时间,提高工作效率。方法依托信息化平台,将危重患者护理记录单中记录患者的生命体征、摄入量、排出量等数据共享记录到体温单。结果通过信息化的管理,由原来监测后记录再到体温单中绘制的多层操作,改变成只要一处生成数据即可资源共享的优点,提高了准确性,也大大的减少了护理工作重复劳动,把更多的时间还给患者。结论数据共享的平台改变了护理管理模式和工作流程,显著提高了工作质量和效率。Objective To Prevent nurses＇ repeating record and to reduce nursing record writing time,improving work efficiency as well.Methods Based on information platform to share data like vital signs,intakes and output in critical patients nursing record.Results Through information management,it changes multiple operations from record after monitor to drawing in temperature table into resource sharing once data formation.It greatly reduces repetitive tasks of nurse,letting nurse put more time on patients.Conclusion Information sharing changes nursing management mode and work process,greatly improving work quality and efficiency.
