摘　　要：目的探讨青壮年住院死亡病例的特点。方法对某院青壮年住院死亡病案资料进行回顾性分析。结果男性死亡病人多于女性;病死率逐年下降。前五位死因:恶性肿瘤、损伤中毒、循环系统疾病、消化系统疾病和传染病。结论要重点加强青壮年人群的恶性肿瘤、损伤中毒和循环系统疾病防治,提高生命质量,降低病死率。Objective An investigation on analysis of young adults hospitalization death case.Methods A retrospective analysis on death medical record of young adults hospitalization in a hospital.Results It shows that the death number of male patients is more than female＇.The mortality rate reduces year by year.The top death reasons are cancer,injury and poison,circulation system disease and digestion system illness and infectious disease.Conclusion It suggests that should focus on prevention of cancer of young adults,injury and poison and circulation system disease strengthening which can improve life quality and reduce mortality rate.
