摘 要:在田间试验条件下,研究了施钾量对夏直播花生光合特性及产量的影响。利用LI-6400便携式光合作用测定仪,采用开放式气路测定了夏直播花生功能叶片的净光合速率、胞间CO2浓度、气孔导度等相关指标。研究结果表明,在本试验田肥力条件下,当施钾量为150 kg/hm2时,叶面积系数、叶片叶绿素含量、净光合速率、蒸腾速率最高,胞间CO2浓度最低;单株结果数和果重提高,荚果产量、经济系数和出仁率较对照显著提高。研究认为,在本试验条件下,夏直播覆膜花生的适宜钾肥用量为150 kg/hm2。Under field condition,the effects of potassium application rate on photosynthetic characteristics and yield of summer-planted peanut were studied by using the technology of film mulching cultivation.The net photosynthesis rate,intercellular CO2 concentration and stomatal conductance were measured with Li-6400 Portable Photosynthesis System with an open flow gas exchange system.Among all treatments,the potassium application rate as 150 kg/hm2 recorded the highest value of leaf area index,chlorophyll content,net photosynthesis rate,transpiration rate and lowest intracellular CO2 concentration.And also there were significantly increase in the number of pods per plant,seed weight,pod yield,economic coefficient and shelling percentage at the rate of 150 kg K2O/hm2.Therefore,under the conditions of this study,150 kg K2O/hm2 would be recommended for summer-planted peanut.
