摘　　要：社区是社会的基本构成单位，也是构建和谐社会的关键所在，而社区文化建设则是社区建设的灵魂。社区文化有助于增强社区的凝聚力，丰富群众的文化生活，提高社区居民的综合素质。Community is the basic unit of society, and also the key to a harmonious society. The community culture is the soul of community construction. Community culture helps to strengthen the cohesion of the community, enrich cultural life and improve the overall quality of community residents.
