摘  要:利用不同分生孢子液浓度的球孢白僵菌MZ041016菌株对西花蓟马成虫和若虫进行毒力测定。结果表明,球孢白僵菌MZ041016菌株对西花蓟马成虫和若虫具有较强的毒力。供试菌株在孢子浓度为3.6×108个/mL时,西花蓟马成虫的死亡率为82.31%,致死中时间为(5.39±0.107)d,第8天的致死中浓度是(4.204±0.042)×106个/mL;在孢子浓度为3.6×108个/mL时,若虫死亡率为87.21%,致死中时间为(5.09±0.075)d,第8天的致死中浓度是(2.744±0.089)×106个/mL。The virulence of five different concentrations of isolates of Beauveryia bassiana named MZ041016 against the adult and nymph of Frankliniellao ccidentalis(Pergande) was tested in laboratory.The mortality of 3.6×10^8spores/mL against the adult was 82.31%,and the lethal time(LT50) of this concentration was(5.39±0.107) d.The lethal concentration(LC50) of eight day after treatment was(4.204±0.042)×10^6 spores/mL 8 days after the treatment.The mortality of 3.6×10^8 spores/mL against nymph was 87.21%,and the lethal time(LT50) of this concentration was(5.09±0.075)d.The lethal concentration(LC50) of eight day after treatment was(2.744±0.089)×10^6 spores/mL 8 days after the treatment.The isolate of Beauveryia bassiana named MZ041016 had better virulence against adult and nymph of B.dorsalis in laboratory.
