摘  要:针对渤海海域疏松砂岩稠油油藏放大防砂参数、提高油井产能的现实要求,通过试验的方法对砾石充填及金属网布优质筛管防砂方式不同防砂参数下的出砂规律进行了研究,并进行了适度出砂条件下防砂参数的优选评价。结果表明,当出砂量控制在0.5‰以内时,可放大编织网优质筛管的防砂参数到d50(砂粒粒度中值)的1.32倍;砾石尺寸的设计可适当放大到d50的7~8倍左右,砾石层的采油指数相对应砾石充填尺寸d50的5~6倍时可提高20%~35%。In order to obtain high oil production in unconsolidated heavy oil reservoirs of Bohai Bay,sand-control parameters were enlarged.Sand production rules were studied through laboratory experiment by using different sand-control parameters including gravel pack and wired screen.Meanwhile sand-control parameters under the condition of limited sand production were optimized.The result indicates that the sand-control parameters through wired screen could be enlarged to 1.32 times of d50 as the sand production is controlled within 0.5‰ and the gravel size could be enlarged to 7~8 times of d50.It is also indicated that the productivity index of gravel section would be enhanced to 20%~35 % corresponding to the gravel packing with 5~6 times of d50.
