驱油剂HKH-8体系对渤海原油界面张力的影响研究

摘  要:氢氧化钠与渤海原油反应可生成少量石油皂类活性物质,在不含钙镁离子时,这种活性物质可使油水界面张力降到0.31mN/m,但达不到超低范围。钙皂分散剂和钙镁离子络合剂可显著改善HKH-8在高矿化度水中的溶解性和抗钙镁离子的性能,使HKH-8的适应性更广。HKH-8可在较宽的复碱范围内与渤海原油形成超低界面张力,而适应氢氧化钠的范围是0.15%~0.6%,因为当氢氧化钠浓度再加大以后,体系中大部分HKH-8将溶入油相中,打破了已形成的油水界面上活性剂的最佳分配系数。当氢氧化钠浓度控制在一定的范围内时,体系中活性剂的浓度只需0.001%(商品浓度)即可与渤海原油形成超低界面张力。在HKH-8复配体系的室内驱油试验中,采收率在水驱基础之上可提高20%(OOIP)。Sodium hydroxide was reacted with Bohai crude oil to form a small quantity of active substance-petroleum soap,this active substance could reduce oil-water interfacial tension to 0.31mN/m,but could not reach to ultra-low scale.Lime soap dispersant and complexant of the calcium and magnesium ions could improve the performance of solubility and resistance of calcium and magnesium ion ions in high salinity formation water of HKH-8 system therefore it could be more wider adaptability.HKH-8 system could be compatible with the combinational alkali in a wide range and form the ultra-low interfacial tension with the Bohai crude oil,while the compatible range with sodium hydroxide was 0.15%~0.6%.Since the dosage of sodium hydroxide surpassed the range,the most part of HKH-8 would be dissolved in oil phase,it would break the optimum partition coefficient of the surfactant on the oil-water interface.When the concentration of sodium hydroxide is controlled to an appropriate range,with the only 0.001% concentration of the surfactant is needed(commercial concentration) which can form ultra-low interfacial tension with the Bohai crude oil.In the laboratory flooding experiments of the HKH-8 compound system,the recovery efficiency can be enhanced by 20% compared with the water flooding(OOIP).
