摘 要:目的观察高屈曲假体膝关节置换术后临床疗效和运动学表现。方法观察高屈曲假体膝关节置换手术前后膝关节屈曲度、活动度及HSS评分,比较A组(术前最大屈曲角度≤120°)和B组(术前最大屈曲角度>120°)手术前后各观察指标;比较A组和B组术后各观察指标。结果 所有病例术后各指标均优于术前。两组术后活动度、HSS评分及A组术后屈曲角度均优于术前。B组手术前后屈曲角度无差异。B组较A组术后屈曲角度及活动度大,但术后HSS评分两组无差异。结论高屈曲假体全膝关节置换术后能改善膝关节屈曲角度、活动度及功能。Objective To investigate the early clinical effect and kinematic performance after high-flexion fixed-platform total knee arthroplasty. Methods To measure the angle of flexion(AOF),range of motion(ROM)and HSS score of preoperation and postoperation. All the cases were divided into A group (AOF of preoperation≤120° )and B group (AOF of preoperation〉120° ).The differences of AOF,ROM and HSS score were compared between preoperation and postoperation in overall,A group and B group respectively.The differences of AOF,ROM and HSS score of postoperation were compared between A group and B group. Results There were significant differences in AOF,ROM and HSS score between preoperation and postoperation in A group and overall.There were significant differences in ROM and HSS score between preoperation and postoperation in B group,but it was significant difference in AOF. There were significant differences in AOF and ROM of postoperation between A group and B group,but no significant difference in HSS score of postoperation. Conclusion High-flexion prosthesis after total knee arthroplasty can improve knee flexion angles,activity and function.
