山西省太原地区乙型病毒性肝炎经济负担影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解山西省太原地区住院乙肝患者的疾病经济负担并探讨其影响因素。方法采用整群抽样方法选取样本,利用问卷方式进行调查,SPSS13.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果山西省太原地区乙肝患者本次住院人均疾病直接费用为(22527.18±21755.36)元,间接费用为(2250.64±2173.39)元,总费用为(24777.82±23171.55)元。年龄、户籍、职业、医疗保障和住院天数分别对各项费用影响有统计学意义。结论乙肝患者的疾病经济负担非常重,应进一步加大政府投入,提高基层医疗机构的疾病诊治能力,将乙肝抗病毒药物更多地纳入医疗保障中,以降低乙肝患者的经济负担。Objective To investigate the economic burden of type B viral hepatitis patients in Taiyuan Shanxi province and explore its influencing factors. Methods The samples were randomly selected using cluster sampling method, surveyed by self-made questionnaire and analyzed by SPSS13.0. Results Type B viral hepatitis patients per capita direct economic burden was（22527.18 ±21755.36） yuan,indirect economic burden was （2250.64±2173.39）yuan,total economic burden was （24777.82±23171.55）yuan.The age,census register,vocation,medical security and days in hospital have a statistically significant impact on the economic burden of type B viral hepatitis patients. Conclusion Type B viral hepatitis patients per capita economic burden was heavy,the government should increase investment. The capacity of diagnosis and treatment should be improved in basic medical institutions. The antiviral drugs should also be put more into the health insurance so as to reduce the financial burden of the disease.
