卤米松乳膏联合紫外负离子喷雾治疗局限性神经性皮炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价0.05%卤米松乳膏联合紫外负离子喷雾治疗局限性神经性皮炎的疗效。方法 80例局限性神经性皮炎患者随机分成观察组和对照组。对照组:0.05%卤米松乳膏。观察组:0.05%卤米松乳膏联合紫外负离子喷雾治疗。结果观察组总有效率为95.00%高于对照组总有效率80.00%,具有显著性差异(P<0.05);观察组半年内复发率为5.00%,小于对照组半年内复发率20.00%,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论 0.05%卤米松乳膏联合紫外负离子喷雾治疗局限性神经性皮炎患者疗效可靠,安全性高,具有重要的临床价值。Objective Evaluation of effect about 0.05% halometasone cream combined UV ion spray treatment of limitations neurodermatitis. Methods 80 cases of limitations neurodermatitis were divided into observation group and control group.Control group： halometasone cream. Observer Group： halometasone cream combined UV ion spray. Results Observation group total effective rate was 95.00% higher than the control group total effective rate 80.00%,with significant differences（P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate of observation group was 5,00% less than the control group recurrence rate of 20.00%, with significant differences（P〈0.05）. The two groups no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion It is safe and reliable to treatment of limitations neurodermatitis with 0.05% halometasone cream combined UV ion spray,has important clinical value.
