摘　　要：在吉林长白山池北区对区内分布的大花卷丹野生植株连续进行了5 a人工驯化栽培和物候观测,结果表明:充分气干种子的千粒重为5.707 g,播种量1.5 g·m-2左右,当年生苗高可达30～50 cm;在长白山区气候条件下,人工栽培群体的植株4月下旬开始萌芽6,月中旬现蕾,蕾期时间长达50 d;初花期为7月末,单花开放时间5 d,群花期22 d,最大花茎9.5 cm。A domestication and phenological observation of wild Lilium leichtlinii.f.var.maximowiczii was conducted for 5 years in northern Changbai Lake of Jilin Province.Results showed that the thousand seed weight was 5.707g and suitable seeding density was 1.5 g·m-2.The height of one-year old seedling was 30~50 cm.Under the climate in Changbai Mountain,the L.leichtlinii.f.var.maximowiczii sprouted at late April,budded at middle June continuing for 50 days.The initial bloom occurred at end of July.The blooming period was 5 days for individual flower,and 22 days for whole population.The biggest diamater of flower was 9.5 cm.
