龙胆播种育苗苗床不同覆盖处理成苗效果的研究

摘　　要：对龙胆播种育苗苗床进行3种覆盖处理试验,研究其对成苗效果的影响,结果表明:苗床不同覆盖处理的成苗数量差异达到极显著水平,F=77.05>5.49(F0.01),其中以C处理(播种后苗床上扣塑料拱棚,棚上再覆盖遮阳网,在苗床步道沟内灌水保持苗床湿润)的成苗效果最佳,平均成苗数量为752株·m-2,分别是B处理、A处理的138.3%和178.6%;在满足温度和湿度的前提下,弱度光照和良好的通风条件有利于种子萌发出土和小苗生长。Three cover treatments were applied on seedlings of Gentiana scabra to study the effect on emergence and seedling growth.The results showed that： the difference of mergence and seedling growth among cover treatments were significant,F=77.055.49（F0.01）.The optimal cover treatment was treat C（plastic arched shed with sheding net outside was coved on seed bed,and water was full of footpath between seed bed to maitain moisture）,with 752 seedlings per square metre on average.The seedling number of treat C was 138.3% and 178.6% that those of treat B and treat A.If suitable temperature and moisture were provided,low light intensity and favorable aeration were good for seed emergence and seedling growth.
