摘  要:采用醇酸树脂为基料,石墨和炭黑为复合导电填料,以及溶剂和助剂,研制成耐高温防腐蚀导电涂料。该涂料既耐高温(200 ~300 ℃) ,耐各种腐蚀介质,又导电( 表面电阻率< 10 Ω) 。介绍了该涂料的配制和性能指标。讨论了导电填料、石墨和溶剂用量对涂料性能的影响。A heat resistant, corrosion protective and conductive coatings, based on alkyd resin as binder, graphite and carbon black as blend conductive filler, and solvents and additives, has been developed. This coatings has the features of heat resistance (200~300 ℃), corrosion protection in various corrosive media as well as the conductivity (surface resistivity< 10 Ω ). The preparation and properties of the coatings were described. The influences of amount of conductive fillers, graphite and solvent on the coatings performance were discussed.
