摘 要:对L-谷氨酰胺制备过程的反应条件进行了研究。L-谷氨酸甲酯化反应最优条件为谷氨酸∶甲醇∶浓硫酸=7.5g∶120mL∶3.7mL,反应温度25℃,反应时间4h,得率96%;L-谷氨酸甲酯酰肼化反应最优条件为L-谷氨酸甲酯∶水合肼=8g∶16mL,反应温度35℃,反应时间5h,得率93.8%;用Raney镍作催化剂对L-谷氨酰肼酰胺化,反应温度70℃,得率72%。最终总得率64.8%。The prepartion of L - glutamine was studied according to three steps. The L - glutamic acidγ- methyl ester was prepared under the condition of acid: MeOH: 95% H2SO4 =7.5 g:120 mL:3.7 mL, the temperature of reaction 25℃, the time of reactin 4h, the yield was 96% . The L - glutamic acid γ-hydrazide was prepared under the condition ofγ- methyl ester: hydrazide = 8 g: 20 mL, the temperature of reaction 35℃, the time of reaction 6h, the yield 93.8 % . The L - glutamine was prepared with the Raney - Ni catalyst, the temperature of reaction 70℃, the yield 72% . The total yield was 64.8%.
