皮肤软组织扩张器在头面部的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨头面部皮肤软组织缺损修复中优于传统手术的方法。方法:对106例头面部多种皮肤软组织缺损应用扩张器修复病例进行总结。结果:根据不同缺损采用相应的手术方法,均获满意疗效。结论:在充分做好术前设计和严密手术后,应用皮肤软组织扩张术对头面部皮肤软组织缺损的修复,能够取得满意的疗效。Objective： To explore the method to obtain good aesthetic and functional results in reconstruction defects on the scalp and face. Methods： Retrospeetivly analyzed 106cases of congenital and aquired defects on the scalp and face, which reconstructed with tissue expansion. Results：According to the type of the defects, different means were used. After treatment, all patients obtained satisfactory aesthetic and functional results. Conclusions： Carefully planed, developing surgical techniques, and be meticulous against to coplications this maneuver showes better effects than the conventional methods in reconstruction the skin defects on the scalp and face.
