摘　　要：介绍了一种测试皮肤防晒剂抗水性能的新方法———体外测试法， 并把此法与体内测试法进行了比较， 同时对４ 个不同防晒剂进行了对比实验。结果表明体外测试法不仅比体内测试法花费时间及费用少，This paper introduced a new technique to measure the water resistance of sunscreens—in vitro technique.The water resistance of four sunscreens had been measured in vitro and the results compared with in vivo data.The results indicated that the in vitro technique not only provided a less expensive and less time comsuming alternative to in vivo testing,but also offered the possibility to study the effect of water immersion on the absorption spectrum of sunscreens which cant be determined in vivo.
