摘　　要：介绍了国家重大专项精密卧式五轴加工中心应用的基辅链式刀库的结构,给出了西门子840D系统刀库管理中对链式刀库进行配置和参数设置的方法,详细描述了这些配置生效后PLC程序实现链式刀库的整个换刀过程。This article introduces the main structure of the JIFU chain magazine which is used in the horizontal machining centre,the creation of the chain magazine and parameter setting in the Tool management of Siemens 840D CNC system,as well as how the PLC program realize the whole tool change progress with all active setting above.
