摘　　要：通过对九米立车导轨副研伤状态及工作台主轴结构的分析及反复论证,利用原机床的床身,制造了一套工艺装备,对被研伤的机床导轨表面进行了加工。通过刮研修复,达到了工艺要求,解决了因无大型立车而无法解决的问题。This paper describes the analysis of the damaged status of 9m vertical lathe guide rail pair and the structure of working table＇s main shaft,By repeattad discussion and proof,use the original machine body and make a set of equipment to machine the hurted surface of guide rail,after that scraping and honing,the technological requirements are met,such method solves the problem when huge vertical lathe is not available.
