摘  要:以甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、叔碳酸乙烯酯为主要单体,甲基丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷为交联单体合成了叔丙乳液。研究了乳化剂的种类、用量及配比,交联单体的用量对乳液及涂膜性能的影响。确定复合乳化剂(RE-610/LCN407)的最佳用量为单体总量的2%,RE-610/LCN407的最佳质量比为1∶2。试验发现:当甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯与极性单体甲基丙烯酸的官能团比例为1∶1时,二者进行交联,可提高叔丙乳液的交联度。通过加入铁红、三聚磷酸铝、滑石粉、硫酸钡等制备的水性防锈漆,对金属底材具有良好的保护性。The versatate-acrylate emulsion was formulated with methyl methacrylate(MMA),n-butyl acrylate(BA) and vinyl versatate(VV-10) as main monomers,and methacrylic acid(MAA),glycidylmethacrylate(GMA) and 3-methyl-acryloyl trimethoxysilane(A-174) as crosslinking monomers.The effects of the type and amount of emulsifier,as well as the amount of crosslinking monomers on the properties of the emulsion and coating film were investigated.The optimum amount of emulsifier RE-610 and LCN407 was 2% of the total monomers(by weight),and the best mass ratio of RE-610 to LCN407 was 1 ∶ 2.The test results revealed that the crosslinking degree of the emulsion increased when the functional group ratio of GMA to MAA was 1 ∶ 1,and the obtained waterborne anticorrosive coatings by adding iron oxide red,aluminum tripolyphosphate,talc,barium sulfate and etc.provided good protection for the metal substrates.
