摘　　要：以特级高铝矾土熟料为主要原料，纯铝酸钙水泥为结合剂，加入适量的镁铝尖晶石、炭素材料和抗氧化剂等，研制出了Ａｌ２Ｏ３ＭＡＣ 质电炉出钢槽预制件，该产品具有抗侵蚀、抗冲刷、不粘渣等特点，使用寿命可达１００ 炉。The casted preproduct of alumina spinel carbon was developed by using super grade bauxite as main raw material in combination with the right content of MA spinel,carbon and excess antioxidant agent,binded with pure calcium aluminate cement.It possesses high quality of erosion resistance,corrosion resistance and no slag adhesion.The service life is up to 100 heats.
