摘　　要：概述了１９９８ 年连铸功能耐火材料全国质量统检情况。指出虽然我国连铸“三大件”产品质量已达到较高水平，但是部分企业在生产装备、检测手段、工艺质量管理等方面仍不完善，新产品开发与产品标准制订和修订工作时有脱节，从而影响了产品质量的稳定和提高，说明只有不断加强产品质量管理，并按照ＩＳＯ９０００ 的要求健全质量保证体系，完善工艺过程的质量管理，才是保证产品质量首要的前提。The information of the unified check up on quality of products for continuous casting is summarized.It has been pointed out that there still exist problems in production equipment,determination method and quality management in some enterprises.Sometimes,the development of new products disjoints from the work of establishing or revising product standard which influences the stable and improvement of quality.It shows that the primary prerequisite to guarantee product quality is to enhance management of product quality according to the ISO9000 system.
