产品内分工、价值链重组与产业转移——兼论产业转移过程中的大国战略

摘　　要：目前我国正经历着一次前所未有的国际产业向中国大陆与沿海产业向中西部地区的耦合转移。把握新一轮产业转移规律,根据我国自身特点制定科学的产业转移战略,是推动形成更加合理的区域产业分工格局、加快经济结构调整和发展方式转变的重要途径。研究认为,产品内分工是新一轮产业转移的主要动因,价值链跨区域重组是新一轮产业转移的主导方式,发挥大国优势是我国推进产业转移的战略基点。应当注重产业转移政策创新,在引导产业转移中实现科学发展,在坚持科学发展中引导产业转移。At present our country is experiencing an unprecedented fact that international industry coupling metastasize to China's Mainland and coastal industry coupling metastasize to the Midwest.Grasping the transference rule of new industry and making scientific industry transference strategy according to our country＇s own characteristic are the important ways of promoting more reasonable regional industrial division pattern,accelerating the economic structure adjustment and the development mode change.This paper suggests that the global intra-product specialization is the main reason for new industry transference,value chain trans-regional reorganization is the dominant mode of new industry transference,and playing vast country＇s advantage is our country＇s strategic basis points of impelling industry transference.We shall pay more attention to the policy innovation of industry transference,realize the scientific development in guiding industry transference,and guide industry transference by insisting on scientific developing.
