摘　　要：抗肿瘤药罗米地辛是一种有效的组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂,临床上用于治疗皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤。文中通过PUBMED对罗米地辛进行文献检索,并对其药理作用、药动学、临床研究、安全性及药物的相互作用等进行了综述。Romidepsin is a potent histone deacetylase inhibitor,and is used in the treatment of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma（CTCL）.A literature search was conducted using PUBMED with the key word romidepsin.The pharmacological effects,pharmacokinetics,clinical research,safety and drug interactions of romidepsin were reviewed in this paper.
