摘　　要：报道1例75岁女性患者联合使用培哚普利和阿司匹林致肾功能损害,提醒老年人应避免联合使用这2种药物。This report described one case of the renal function damage induced by perindopril combined with aspirin in a 75-years-old female patient,to warn that the elderly should avoid combined use of the two drugs.
